Sagaminada
This sake is brewed based on a traditional ginjo brewing method. The ginjo aroma is gentle and natural, with the aim of brewing a well-balanced sake that utilizes the flavor of the rice.
The Kubota Shuzo brewery was established in 1844. The area surrounding the brewery is blessed with bamboo shoots and wild vegetables in the spring, fireflies in the summer, as well as a rich nature that has been used as a filming location for movies.Their representative brand, Sagaminada, is produced using spring water from the Tanzawa Mountains. While preserving the history of traditional sake brewery, the brewery also aims to be the next generation of sake brewery that constantly pursues a higher level of taste.

・Brewery tours in December are only available on weekdays. Tours are not available on weekends.Tours may also be unavailable at other times due to seasonal or brewery conditions.
・Please refrain from eating natto on the day of the brewery tour.
・The tour and tasting session takes about one hour.Please be noted that there are limited number of buses and no facilities nearby where you can visit or rest.
