The Seto Shuzo brewery was established in 1865. It suspended operations in 1980, but resumed brewing in 2018. With the desire to bring happiness to those who enjoy drinking sake made using traditional brewing techniques of traditional Japanese culture, the brewery is committed to making sake of consistent quality. In addition, the scenery of the beautiful countryside around the brewery with the murmuring of the streams are breathtaking and can only be fully appreciated by those who visit the place.There is also a Japanese garden on the premises. The “Ichijo Sakaba” — a combined liquor store and bar, where you can enjoy tastings sake while gazing at the stunning garden is also popular since its only can be experienced in Seto Shuzo brewery.
